Helping people move forward — with confidence, care, and intention — has shaped my real estate career.
I’ve spent more than two decades in real estate, working through multiple market cycles and building a relationship-driven business. I moved to the Triangle in 2008, where I continue to work directly with buyers and sellers.
Over the last decade, I’ve served as Broker-in-Charge twice and co-owned a top 1% team with a global real estate brand. Those roles reinforced the importance of preparation, clear process, precision, and follow-through, especially when decisions feel big.
How I work
Real estate decisions call for experience and accountability.
I bring a clear process, smart strategy, and hands-on follow-through to every transaction, staying fully engaged from the first conversation through closing and beyond. Clients value working with someone who is prepared, responsive, and present, and who remains a local resource long after the transaction ends.
Beyond the transaction
I also partner with real estate professionals who want to raise their standards and grow with intention. I’m the creator of The VM Factor (launched May 2025), a weekly publication offering practical insight for agents navigating today’s market.
I’m the founder of GoodToGoNC, inspired by my son, highlighting sensory- and mobility-friendly places across the Triangle region of North Carolina. You’ll also find me volunteering with Green Hope’s Marching Band or spending time on local greenways.
What I believe
Standards matter
Preparation beats pressure
Follow-through builds trust
Relationships outlast transactions
If you’re looking for real estate guidance built on experience, precision, and follow-through — you’re in the right place.
